On My account you will be brought before governors, and kings as witnesses. Matthew 10: 18

On Jesus’s account.
That we would be like Him.
And tell others about Him.

Even Kings, and governors, or our bosses, people of authority over us and above us, that we would be intimidated to talked to in normal ways.
Jesus is telling us that we will get to speak to these people, for He wants to save them, too.

He wants to save those so high up, and those who wouldn’t seek Him on their own.
He wants to save the scientist locked away in their labs, that no one would dare broach the topic of Jesus let alone God.
He wants to save the lost political leader, that commands people across the nation.
He wants to save that military leader that commands armies of people.

For all through the exile of Jews in Babylon, God used one or a couple people to testify of Him, to save not only that person, but when they believed, that had the power and authority to leads hundreds, thousands, and millions to believe.

For God wants to save all His children.

May we know that we know that we know, He is so good, wants to save all people, and that He will give us opportunities to speak to powerful people, that the gospel would prosers and save as many people as possible.
