Bigger Eternal Works

Masterpieces of the Lord Who have Been Created To Do Good Works!!
Those Filled With Wisdom of The Full Measure of God’s Love for Us!!!

Both of them were righteous in the sight of God, observing all the Lord’s commands and decrees blamelessly. Luke 1: 6

Elizabeth and Zechariah were childless.
And God is telling us that it wasn’t because they were evil sinners that they had to wait so long for what seemed normal and natural, but that because they were so faithful to Him, He had a bigger plan for their lives.

For their son came much later than they had hoped.
It was because God was doing a bigger work through their lives.
It was because God wanted to show out His power and glory through their lives.
It was because He could trust them to lack and then to receive a miracle.

They became part of eternal history.
They got to give birth and raise a prophet of the Lord.
They got to raise and love and teach their son who made the pathway straight for the Messiah of all people.
They were given a bigger destiny.

So as we look around, and at times suffer lack,
We have this example, that it could be because God wants to do something bigger in our lives.

That God wants to show out through our lives, and to others around us, letting us be part of a much greater plan, that will last until eternity, helping and leading more people to Christ, the Messiah, than we could even hope or imagine.

May we know that we know that we know, God is good, He has good plans for us, and He does much bigger eternal works in our lives than we could have hoped for.
