Like a Little Child

Believers of the Truth!
Those full of the peace of Jesus Christ!

Come to me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. My yoke is easy and my burden is light. Matthew 11: 28 & 30

God/Jesus is telling us, we can rest in Him.
That as we trust in Him, in His words, His promises,
we have this rest, this peace, this relief.

Just like little children believe what we say,
(For they don’t know any better)
God is calling us to trust Him, just like a little child would,
Forgetting what we think we know, and just trust Him, His words.
That we don’t have to figure out everything on our own.
That if we take the leap of faith and just believe Him, trusting what He says is true, we enter that rest.

Then there is a supernatural peace that envelopes us.
And the more we do this, the more we realize everything He said, really is true.
Then we believe more and more of what He said and then receive more and more of that peace.

So when He says His yoke is easy and His burden is light: He is saying, believe what I say is true.
And then we receive that rest for our souls.

May we all know that we know that we know, as we believe we receive.
