Receiver of the Greatest Gift of Love that Has Ever Existed!
Chosen by the One Who Wields All the Power of Every Universe!

His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and His voice was like the sound of rushing waters. Revelation 1: 15

In Jesus’s first coming on earth to be our suffering servant, Jesus showed us His absolute power, to submit.
How strong He was to be the Master of the Universe and choose to submit to the flawed human laws and thinking.
How magnificent the restraint of our God, the Author of Life, to allow them to pull His beard, mock Him publicly, and spit in His face.
He who spoke creation into existence, by His breath gave life to mankind, by His words, all the water in the world came to be and separate, the oceans of the world by His words, tsunami’s must be still, hurricanes have to bow, and yet He restrained Himself from yelling at fallble human beings seeking to take His life.
The power that it took to stop Himself from treating them the way He was being treated, or to even eliminate all mankind due to their wickedness.

He came to redeem us, for what we didn’t know.
He came to redeem us, for what we couldn’t see.
He came to redeem us, for what we couldn’t understand yet.
He came to redeem us, so He could spend eternity with us.
So He restrained all the power of the universe, humbled Himself, out of love.

And when we see Him, face to face, we see Jesus in His Glory, all that He was holding back for us in love, to make us His!
Feet glowing like fire!
His voice stronger than all the water of Niagara Falls.

May we know that we know that we know, the depth of love that it took to choose to hold back, all the powers of the universe, just to make us, His for all time.
