He Can!

Those Who know the One Who Can!
Vessels of the Spirit of God!!

“Simon,” He said to Peter, “are you asleep? Couldn’t you keep watch for one hour?” Mark 14: 37

When Jesus needed people, His closest allies failed Him.
But when we needed Jesus most, He saved us.
Only God, can be God.

And God gave us this example so we can know, people are people, but God is God.

Peter was transformed into bold and fierce for the Lord, when He received God’s spirit at Pentecost.
But God gave us these examples to know, that Peter, and all the apostles were just people, like us. And in His humanness he failed in their human strength.
We all do at times.
But Jesus doesn’t fail.
Jesus didn’t fail in any way.

May we see that we see that we see the beauty and the majesty of the one who never fails us, no matter our abilities or weaknesses.

May we know that we know that we know, God is God, people are people, that He has to empower us with His Spirit, so we can do all that He called us to do.

May we know that we know that we know we will fulfill our true callings, because of His Spirit in us, making the way possible.
